Discounted model – These types of firms (i.e., 1 or 1.5%) listing service will typically insert your home into MLS (multiple listing service) and do little in the way of anything else outside of marketing.
Traditional full-service real estate – Ahhhhh, the good old fashioned way of buying and selling real estate. With this model, you are supporting a local business, mortgage lender, general contractors – people right here in the community you can call and text anytime. We understand that this may seem like a lot of work, but the tradeoff is MAXIMUM dollars in your own pocket for your investment and TRANSPARENCY!
