Hey, we get it… Sometimes you have to move — fast! Maybe you just got a new job or have an emergency in the family; you may be going through a divorce. There are several reasons why someone would need to get out and get on with the process as quickly as possible.

It’s essential to understand the tradeoff’s between the different real estate buying and selling services that are on the market now.

Here are a few different models to choose from;

IBuyer model – this model acts much as an investor would.
An investor is a person or group of people that puts its money into a business or other organization in order to make a profit.
Is this your ideal route? It might be but be sure to do your homework! They won’t buy every single home (depends on the age and condition of your home). You STILL have to handle the repairs, and their service fees (commission) can go up as far as 8%. Usually, you will be dealing with real estate professionals on another side of the country.

Discounted model – These types of firms (i.e., 1 or 1.5%) listing service will typically insert your home into MLS (multiple listing service) and do little in the way of anything else outside of marketing.

Traditional full-service real estate – Ahhhhh, the good old fashioned way of buying and selling real estate. With this model, you are supporting a local business, mortgage lender, general contractors – people right here in the community you can call and text anytime. We understand that this may seem like a lot of work, but the tradeoff is MAXIMUM dollars in your own pocket for your investment and TRANSPARENCY!

If you use us, you really are supporting a long-time member of this community that knows the area well, is invested right here, and has a team of experts ready and willing to help you make the maximum profit from the sale of your home as quickly and smoothly as we possibly can.
